1. Can I choose a different colour?

Yes. You can enquire about a different colour even if it is not stated in the design. However, colours are subjected to availability.

2. Can I choose different beads?

Yes. Please enquire if the design can be made with the type of beads you prefer. The price of the item may vary from the stated depending on the bead you choose.

3. What if I like only parts of the design?

You can mix and match parts of designs you see in our website and we will try our best to complete the piece. If the design is not possible, we may suggest alternatives.

4. Can you make a piece that I design myself?

We would try as best to do it. Please provide a description or drawing of your design for a quote.

5. What is my wrist size?

Your wrist size is the circumference of your wrist. Please give exact size as we will give excess accordingly. If you provide a size too big, the bracelet may not fit.
